Free tools and your files

The CRM to Invoice Checker and the Agency Reporting Cost Calculator process your files entirely in your browser. Files are not uploaded, stored, or sent to any server or third party, and resetting or closing the page discards them.

What stays in your browser

The CRM to Invoice Checker stores two dates in your browser's local storage — the first and last time you completed a check with your own data — to understand repeat use. No business data and no email are stored there. You can remove them at any time with "Clear Local Data" in the tool.

Email you choose to share

If you enter your work email in the checker (to unlock bonus insights, download with updates, or get product updates), only your email address and the purposes you chose are sent to us. Unlocking insights and receiving product updates are separate choices: product-update emails are sent only if you tick that box. You can ask us to delete your address at any time via contact@tidalarc.co.

Anonymous usage events

We may collect anonymous usage events from the checker — event names and fixed categories such as which step was reached or which browser size was used. These events never contain email addresses, file names, customer names, deal or invoice IDs, amounts, or diagnostic findings.

Contact and waitlist forms

Information you submit through the contact form or product waitlists (name, email, message, interest) is used only to respond to you. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Analytics, where enabled, is privacy-respecting and aggregate.
