Who we are

Tidal Arc is a sole proprietorship operated by Mengting Wang, offering analytics diagnostics and workflow checks and automation services, free checks and tools, and (in the future) self-service products.

Free tools

The CRM to Invoice Checker and the Agency Reporting Cost Calculator are provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty. They perform arithmetic on data you supply and surface patterns worth investigating — they are not an accounting audit, not tax or legal advice, and not a substitute for professional review. "Possible gaps" are leads for investigation, not findings of missing revenue.

Your data

You are responsible for having the right to upload any files you process. Our tools run locally in your browser (see the Privacy page); do not upload files containing data you are not permitted to handle.

Products and waitlists

Products shown as waitlist-only are not yet available for purchase. Joining a waitlist creates no purchase obligation on either side. Future product sales will be governed by the license and refund terms published at the time of sale.

Services

Consulting and implementation engagements are scoped individually in writing before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a service agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content, tools, and reference demos are the property of Tidal Arc unless noted otherwise. You may use the free checks and tools for your own business purposes; you may not resell or redistribute them.
