Workflow Checks & Automation — for growing service businesses
Can you trust the handoffs between your systems?
A deal is won but never invoiced. A lead is captured but never assigned. A payment arrives but the project never starts. Each system says "done" — the work in between is where business slips away.

Workflow Review — From $1,200
We trace one workflow end to end, such as deal to invoice to payment, and find where records drop, stall or disagree between systems. You get a written review: what's breaking, what it affects, and what to fix first.
Scope: One workflow, up to three connected systems.
Format: Delivered in writing. No setup or system access required to start.
Scheduling: New reviews are scheduled from February 2027. Enquiries are welcome now.
Automation Setup — By quote, limited capacity
Where a fix needs automation, we can set it up in the tools you already use. Taken on selectively; we'll tell you in the first reply whether it's a good fit.
Scheduling: New setup projects are scheduled from February 2027.

What we don't do.
We don't replace your CRM, accounting software or automation platform.
We don't run or maintain your automations after handoff.
We don't promise recovered revenue. We show you where to look, and what the data can and can't confirm.
Questions, answered.
What is a Workflow Review?
A written, fixed-price review of one workflow, such as deal to invoice to payment. We trace where records drop, stall or disagree between your systems, and rank what to fix first.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. A Workflow Review starts from CSV exports you provide. No logins or integrations are required.
How is this different from the free CRM to Invoice Checker?
The checker compares two exports automatically, in your browser. A Workflow Review follows a whole workflow across up to three systems and explains what's breaking and why.
Do you build automations?
Yes, selectively, in the tools you already use. We don't run or maintain them after handoff.
